chapter 7 bankruptcy
Im a client of a business who had declared chapter 7. Im just wondering if I will be able to get my 50% down payment Ive made? Thanks

In most Chapter 7 bankruptcies there is very little money distributed to the creditors. However, to find out for sure, you should contact the company or the court administering the bankruptcy, since the distributions in each case are different.
Under Chapter 7 bankruptcy, it depends also whether your loan is secured or not. If it is unsecured, your repayment priority is low.
