Stuck !

i live in Rochester New York and have submitted all my information to my attorney but he hasn\'t filed yet. Can i still move to another state while i am undergoing this process? i have no problem returning for meetings and court dates. My filing includes a house and two major credit cards.

ANSWER. I am not an attorney but I should wonder if I were you why the filing is taking longer than you are comfortable with. If you intend to move or move on with your life than written notice to your attorney should suffice especially if you conduct yourself accordinginly regarding your duties and obligations.
