Attorney
I have already filed a Chapter 13, I am over 2 years into it, I am looking a purchasing a home, do I have to go thru and attorney to get permission, or can I contact my trustee myself?

I figure if your Chapter 13 is up to date and things are going well then contact the Trustee yourself and copy your attorney. Why pay money for services not needed? If the trustee doesnt like your contacting them then they will let you know and you will then do it differently.
