Credit Card Debt

I'm about $13,000 dollars in debt from credit cards. I get all the calls daily and all the mail.
Just today I was issued a statement saying that if I don't do something they can take my property. My credit cards have nothing to do with my property.
In the state of Pennsylvania, can they take my property to pay for the cc debt?
