How much does it cost to switch form chapter 13 to chapter 7?

A runaround

I helped my daughter get out of debt using my credit cards but now it is too much for me to handle so I decided to look into Chapter 13. I paid a lawyer and now he is telling me that it\'s too soon to file and the debt is so high the creditors will show up and want their money. I\'m very worried about what to do. I can\'t make the payments but I don\'t want to get into trouble. Any help would be appreciated...what should I do?

I have filed Chapter 7 and now wish to sell my home. The equity from the sale of my home is not going to be reinvested in another residence. Is my money safe or will the trustee get it?

My Chapter 13 Wage Earner Plan was finished on August 10 of this year. I'm begging for someone to help me. I have mold in my home and I can not obtain a loan to have the repairs completed. Also, the 13 year old car I have has broken down four times. Is there anything that can be done to spead up the discharge letter process. The trustee office in macon indicated it may take up to three or four monnths before I received the discharge letter. I'm begging, begging for someone to help me. Please, Please.
