As in the previous question, the answer depends on where you live. If you filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and you were allowed to keep your house, perhaps because of limited equity, your divorce may have no impact on the bankruptcy proceedings.
Your divorce lawyer or bankruptcy attorney will be able to advise you further.
