not enough money to file a chapter 7

I do not have enough money to file a chapter 7. I'm being threatened with garnishment. How can I afford a chapter 7

1 Comments:

  • You have three options.

First, you can talk to the creditor who is threatening the garnishment and try to work out payment arrangements so that you can avoid bankruptcy.

Second, you could file the bankruptcy yourself, so that all you are required to pay are the court costs and filing fees.

Third, you can consult a bankruptcy attorney and ask them to work out a payment plan to assist you.
