My Chapter 13 Wage Earner Plan was finished on August 10 of this year. I’m begging for someone to help me. I have mold in my home and I can not obtain a loan to have the repairs completed. Also, the 13 year old car I have has broken down four times. Is there anything that can be done to spead up the discharge letter process. The trustee office in macon indicated it may take up to three or four monnths before I received the discharge letter. I’m begging, begging for someone to help me. Please, Please.
