when filing chapter 13 do ihave to re-pay any of my debtor\'s such as the case with attorneys fee from a divorce , my ex-wife attorneys fee that the courts order me to pay $8,000.00

The decision as to how much, if any of your debt, you may have to repay varies with income and net worth - the more you earn and own the more you will be required to "pay" for your bankruptcy.
In addition, individual creditors have rights and may apply to the Court for special consideration if they feel that you may have deliberately incurred (or increased) a debt knowing that you would file.
