I'm a newly wed and my husband intends to file for bankruptcy.  I need to know how this will affect my credit and weather or not my financial information must be filed with his application.  I'm new to the USA and have not even begun to work yet so I haven't been able to establish any credit of my own.  Please advise me before I get in way over my head?
