I am in the process of filing chapter 13 in Washington State with an attorney.  I just found out that my sister has cancer inwhich part of the lung is to be removed.  Don't know how she will fair or if all the cancer will be gone.  My mother 85 so time with her is a luxury. The problem that I need feedback with is this please:
I live on the West coast and they both live on the East coast.  My BK attorney mentioned that the trustee won't allow me money in my BK13 plan to allow for any visits and any transportation costs inthat it would need to come from what I'm given every month.
Hello..seems strange to me, I have aged and sick family and forced to scrimp for maybe 1 visit per year.
Any thoughts here please?  I'm thinking I just might have to quit my job and force it into a chapter 7 as I will then have no income.  Thanks
